Play Therapy
Play therapy is a clinically recognised and evidence-informed therapeutic intervention that supports children’s emotional, social and behavioural development. It is widely used within mental health, education and social care settings to help children process experiences, regulate emotions, and build resilience through a safe, child-centred approach.

What To Expect In Sessions
Sessions last 40 minutes and take place weekly in the child’s school or a safe, private therapy space. Children are offered a therapeutic toolkit including art materials, sand, music, role play, puppets, books, and games, supporting them to explore their thoughts and feelings in a child-led way through play.
